Once again the CGSMDC Annual Club Meeting and Banquet will be held at El Sarape Restaurant in Shelton WA. The address is 2503 Olympic Highway. This year we have the following choices for your dining pleasure!

Choices Include:

Enchiladas De Espinacas  (Vegetarian)
2 soft corn tortillas stuffed with a blend of fresh  spinach, mushrooms and chipotle crème.  Topped with tomatillo sauce and  mozzarella cheese and served with rice and black  beans.
 
Three Amigos
A deliciious threesome!   Carne asada accompanied by scallops, shrimp and fresh mushrooms,  sauteed in a delicious garlic butter sauce.  Served with rice, beans,  guacamole and tortillas.
 
Chile Colorado
Tender  chunks of lean beef in a mildly spiced and seasoned red  sauce.
 
Carne Asada
Lean skirt steak, lightly  seasoned and charbroiled to perfection.  Served with guacamole, pico de  gallo and garnished with grilled green onions and a roasted jalapeno  pepper.
 
Fajitas De Pollo
Deliciously seasoned  strips of chicken breast served on a bed of sizzling green peppers and  onions.  Garnished with guacamole, sour cream and pico de  gallo.
 
Pollo Con Crema
Tender sliced chicken  breast, sauteed in a creamy salsa with fresh mushrooms, onions and assorted  vegetables.
 
All meals include unlimited chips and salsa, soft  drinks, tea (iced or hot) or coffee.  The price is $18.00 per person.   If any liquor, beer or wine is ordered, it is the responsibility of  the individual ordering it to pay for it.
